Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF)

Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) is your large charity that includes Lions
members from around the world, and it is the outstretched hand to serve
humanity, which draws a smile on the lips of young and old for every human being
who needs help. It is the tool that changes human lives for the better. It is hope. It
is the ability to defy the odds, while it is now in its fifty-sixth year. It has given a
decent life to millions through grants worth more than one million dollars in
District 352 Egypt of 1.1 billion dollars so far worldwide. Curing childhood cancers,
alleviating the suffering of diabetics, supporting young people through the Lions
Quest program, preserving sight and sight first, providing food for every hungry
mouth, preserving the environment in which we live to be a livable environment,
mitigating the effects of natural disasters around the world, not only that, but for
everything that is human that serves humans.
But why do we give it to LCIF? Is it because it is the largest NGO institution for civil
work in the world? Or because it is internationally classified as the best civil work
institution according to the classifications of the largest scientific and international
centers? Or because what we give reaches those who deserve it in full without any
inquiries, whether administrative expenses or otherwise? Finally, is it because it is
our comprehensive civil society to which we all belong?
