Under the patronage and attendance of the Governor of District 352 in Egypt, Engineer Hatem Abdel Khalek, the Lions Clubs of Zamalek Middle East, Cairo Tulip, and Golden Pharos organized a cultural seminar featuring the internationally acclaimed Egyptian opera singer, Farah El Dibany. The seminar was hosted by the broadcaster Dalia Farge, and was attended by several prominent figures and members of the Lions Clubs in Egypt
